HOW WILL I ACCESS MY COURSE/S?

All my courses are on the Teachable platform.

If you don’t already have a Teachable account, as part of the course purchase process Teachable will ask you to set one up (all you need is an email address and a password).

Once you have completed your purchase Teachable will email you a link and the course/s you have bought will be added to your Teachable account.

You will be able to access them on Teachable either immediately or within a few minutes.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PRINTABLE(S)?

Upon completed payment, you will be sent to a page (in Gumroad) where you will be able to download your printable via download link.

Additionally, an email will also be sent to you with your download link. If you don’t get this email, wait 20 minutes, then check your email’s spam folder (the email will come from [email protected]).

CAN I DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASES ON MY MOBILE?

I don’t advise downloading on your mobile as it can be difficult to grab the files if you aren’t accustomed to where your downloads are stored on your device. (This is me!)

You will receive an email from Gumroad (the company I use to distribute my printables) and there will be a link to the download inside.

You can purchase from mobile without a problem— it’s downloading onto mobile where I have found that some people have an issue.

CAN I SELL MY PURCHASED FILES TO SOMEONE ELSE?

All printables on Tuppennysfireplace.com are copyrighted and for your personal use only.

Do not re-distribute, re-sell, or attempt to profit from the printables. Please do not attempt to claim copyrights to the printables.

Do not share the course/s on Teachable that you have bought from my website with anyone else. They are for personal use only.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR ACCEPT RETURNS?

For courses on the Teachable platform there are money back guarantees, please see the individual courses for these details.

For all digital items, it’s not really possible to return a purchase. So for this reason, I do not offer refunds/returns.

However, if you notice something wrong with your purchased file(s) within 30 days of your purchase, contact me at Tuppenny [at] Tuppennysfireplace.com.

I always want to address any technical issues, and if I am unable to fix it, I will issue you a refund once that decision has been made.

The issue must be related to the file(s) (like corrupted files or missing parts), and not to software or hardware on your system.

Before you make your purchase, please read the product details in full to ensure you have compatible software and to ensure that you understand fully what you are purchasing.

If you have any questions, please ask prior to purchase.

HOW SHOULD I PRINT MY PRINTABLE?

If you purchased worksheets, planners, checklists or similar, regular printer paper is fine.

For cash envelopes or decorative printables, I recommend always using card stock or a heavier weight paper, they just look and feel so much nicer.
