We are in unprecedented times and worrying times.
Businesses are struggling and many of us are fearful about what the future holds due to the virus that is spreading so quickly around the world.

If you can, try to create a new system of self care. Don’t just wash you hands very regularly, use your favorite moisturizer afterwards to give your hands a nice soft feeling.
Take a little time out to pamper yourself and your loved ones. Have a fun night in. Light a scented candle or two to create a relaxing environment.
You might not feel like booking a holiday right now, and I don’t blame you, but you can start thinking about where you might like to go. What you might like to do when on holiday.
Next year things will be very different to right now. So let’s look forward to next year.
